Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding


100g Olivani, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 no egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 1/4 cups plain baking flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 cups boiling water


1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornflour
1/4 cup cocoa

Preheat the oven to 180C.
Beat olivani, sugar, no egg and vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa together in a bowl.
Fold the flour mix into the beaten mix.
Spoon mixture into a greased ovenproof dish.
Slowly pour sauce mixture over (whisk together the sauce ingredients).
Carefully pour boiling water over the back of a spoon onto the pudding.
Place in oven and bake for 35 minutes or until it springs back when lightly touched.
